My name is Kristo Madrus, I’m an Estonian lawyer and a former diplomat.

On this web page I’m offering my services via my company OÜ Madrus CP.

Throughout my career I’ve specialised foremost on tax law and financial services law, but I will also be able to offer wider help in relation to company law and contract law. I have experience in court litigation.

I gained my experience in tax law by working in the Estonian Tax Administration and in the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, while working in the Ministry I participated in the negotiations of European Union legislative acts on tax matters both as the official of the Ministry and a diplomat in the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU in Brussels sent by the Ministry of Finance.

My experience with financial services is gained from working in an E-money Institution firs as Legal Counsel and then as Chief Legal Officer, a member of the Management Board.
